Good News! We found the puppy's parents! And that his name is Frankie! Such a perfect name for him too. Anyways, long story short - while posting my "Found Dog" signs in an adjacent neighborhood, I saw a "Lost Dog" sign with the same adorable face staring back at me! We called the number and now Frankie is home with his very relieved & thankful family! Here's to a happy ending!
